Reading the Dashboard
A walkthrough of every page in the PAPI dashboard — what you see and what it tells you about your project's health.
Hub
The Hub is your project's home page. It shows the current cycle number, how many tasks are in progress, how many are waiting for review, and the project's overall health score. The "Next action" tells you exactly what the team should do next — start building, review completed work, or release.
Board
The Board shows every task in the project. You can filter by status (backlog, in progress, in review, done), priority, and module. Click on any task to see its details: the specification, who built it, how long it took, and any surprises encountered. Tasks move left-to-right through the cycle: backlog → in cycle → in review → done.
Strategy
The Strategy page shows Active Decisions — the architectural and product choices your team has made. Each decision has a confidence level (low, medium, or high) that reflects how well it's holding up in practice. Strategy reviews appear here too — deep analyses of project direction that happen every 5 cycles.
Roadmap
The Roadmap shows the project's phases, stages, and horizons. This is the long-term plan. Phases are broad categories (e.g., "Multi-User Foundations"), stages are milestones within phases, and horizons are the furthest-out goals. It gives you a sense of where the project is headed and how far along it is.
Settings
Settings shows your projects, connection tokens, and account details. If you manage multiple PAPI projects, they all appear here. This is also where you'd manage API keys and connection tokens for your AI tools.
The dashboard is designed to answer one question at a glance: “What should happen next?”The Hub's “Next action” and the Board's task flow both point toward the answer.
