The everyday problem

“Where were we?”

Every new window starts the same way. The difference is whether anything remembers the answer.

No spreadsheets, no notes app, no re-typing. As you build, PAPI quietly holds the thread.

  • Decisions · why you chose what you chose
  • Tasks and progress · what's done, what's next
  • Bugs and fixes · so nothing comes back twice
  • Architecture · the shape of your build
  • Files and context · the pieces your AI needs
How it works

Plan. Build. Review. Release. Repeat.

One small cycle at a time — the same loop real product teams use, run for you.

PlanPAPI breaks your idea into a small, buildable cycle — and always knows what’s next.
BuildYour AI builds each task from a brief with full context. No re-explaining.
ReviewYou look at what was built and say yes, tweak, or redo. You stay the driver.
ReleaseDone work ships and gets remembered, so nothing is ever lost.

Every release feeds the next plan — that’s the part that compounds.

The difference

Same AI. A project that holds together.

Without PAPI
  • You re-explain your project every session
  • Decisions disappear the moment you close the chat
  • The build slowly drifts off course
  • Context is lost when you switch tools
  • Your AI quietly starts over
With PAPI
  • It remembers, so you pick up right where you left off
  • Every decision is tracked and easy to find
  • The direction stays consistent as you grow
  • The same memory is shared across every tool
  • Your AI builds on what you already did
One memory, every tool

Get the most out of every AI subscription you pay for.

You already pay for more than one AI tool. PAPI makes them work as a team instead of starting from zero in each one.

  1. 1Switch tools without losing the threadStart in Lovable, refine in Claude Code, debug in Cursor. Every tool reads the same project memory, so each one picks up exactly where the last left off.
  2. 2Hit a limit? Keep building somewhere elseWhen one subscription runs out of messages for the day, open another tool and continue. The plan, the decisions, and the next task travel with you.
  3. 3Stop paying twice for the same contextRe-explaining your project burns tokens and time in every tool you own. With one shared memory, every subscription works from the plan instead of from scratch.

An honest read on your project

PAPI tells you how your project is really doing.

Questions

The honest answers

Does PAPI read my code?

No. PAPI is a planning layer — it keeps your plans, decisions, and progress. Your code stays on your machine.

Which tools does it work with?

Any AI tool that accepts an MCP connector: Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Windsurf — even a plain chat LLM for planning.

How long does setup take?

About 60 seconds. Paste one URL into your tool, sign in through the browser, and PAPI is on the project.

What does it cost?

Free while in alpha, and you’ll never be surprised by a bill. Paid tiers come later, with plenty of notice.

What happens right after I install?

You run your first plan. PAPI breaks the project into a small cycle and tells you the next move.

Can I remove it?

Any time — delete the connector and PAPI is gone from your tool. Your project history stays yours.

We’ve got this covered

Ready to keep it all together?

Add PAPI, paste one link, and let your project carry its own memory. Your AI keeps building. Nothing gets lost.
