Before you pay
What stays free forever?
The whole loop. Plan, build, review, release, on up to three projects, with every decision remembered and handoffs any AI can pick up. Free runs a real project start to finish; it is not a trial. Pro adds unlimited projects and the deeper read on each one.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your account moves to Free and every project, cycle, and decision stays exactly where it was. Projects beyond the three-project cap stay open too; you just can't create new ones while you're over it. And you can export your board to CSV whenever you like.
What is the refund policy?
14 days, full refund, no questions asked. If Pro isn't earning its keep, tell us within two weeks of your first payment and we send the money back. After that, you can still cancel any time. The full refund policy is in the terms.
How does the founding price lock work?
The first 500 Pro builders lock €20 a month (€16 on yearly billing). That price holds for as long as your subscription stays active, through every price rise. If you cancel and come back after the founding window has closed, the price at that time applies.
What counts as a project?
One codebase, one board. Each repo or app you point PAPI at becomes its own project, with its own cycles, decisions, and history. Free covers three at a time; Pro lifts the cap.
Can my team use it?
Team is in early access: shared projects, roles, and a task pool anyone can pull from, set up personally while we finish it. If you build with other people, talk to usand we'll get you in.
